Partnership Coordinator

**About the role**:
Europcar Australia is seeking a fun, passionate and driven Partnership Coordinator to join our friendly Sales team based in Tullamarine, Victoria. This role offers an opportunity to work in an international team (Australia and New Zealand) and to develop your sales skill set within the mobility space.

**Some of the key responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Provide sales support and administration to the Sales Team and wider Europcar sales teams across Australia and New Zealand
- Manage and qualify inbound leads for the business
- Assist sales team to strengthen account relationships, help solve issues and answer product queries
- Attend meetings and/or functions as required
- Establish relationships with head office departments
- Take a planned approach to managing customer relationships and achieve existing business revenue targets

**To be considered, you should possess**:

- 1-2 years’ experience in a Customer Facing role or similar
- Previous experience in a Sales is a bonus
- Positive and fun attitude
- Strong written skills and use of the English language
- Strong understanding and knowledge of Microsoft Suite
- Passionate, driven and capable self-starter
- Creative, innovative and energetic team worker
- Skills to manage internal and external relationships

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
