**About the Role**:
We are looking for experienced Manufacturing Machine Operators to ensure the smooth operation of our extrusion facility while adhering to safety and quality standards.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Maintain product quality and packaging standards while meeting delivery targets.
- Operate and program machinery effectively.
- Load aluminium into machines.
- Basic knowledge of computers and SAP is desirable.
- Participate in training to become a multi-skilled team member.
- Promote and monitor safety practices, contributing to a safe working environment.
- Take responsibility for personal safety and well-being, aiming for the highest standards in Safety, Health, and the Environment (SH&E).

**Essential Qualifications**:

- Understanding of basic safety principles.
- Ability to work independently and maintain productivity across all shifts.
- Experience working effectively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of quality principles.

**Desirable Qualifications**:

- Previous manufacturing experience.
- Familiarity with automated machinery.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to contribute to resolutions.
- Forklift license.
- Knowledge of material handling.
- Basic computer literacy.

**Pre-Employment Requirements**:
Applicants must be prepared to undergo and pass a pre-employment medical examination, including a drug and alcohol test.
