**About the Role**
Join BOQ Specialist, part of BOQ Group, as a Broker Relationship Manager

Key responsibilities:

- Asset and Revenue Growth of BOQ Specialist balance sheet
- Write Commercial Lending, Asset Finance deals, in line with BOQ Specialist policy and credit
- Building strong relationships with aggregators and commercial brokers
- Maintain Pipeline and reporting requirements in a timely manner
- Developed relationship management experience internally and externally and passion for exceeding client expectations
- Internal Stakeholder Management - working with the Business Development Manager’s, State Manager’s, Relationship Managers, credit teams
- Strong communication and presentation skills required. Presentations to large audiences required at Aggregator conferences, and Broker lending updates.

**About you**
- Degree in Finance, Business or relevant discipline desirable but not essential
- Minimum 2 years commercial lending experience
- Strong knowledge of the Business Lending, in particular analysis of complex financial statements
- Strong knowledge the health market and competitors’ products
- Ability to identify acceptable lending risk to the Bank and to maximize profit from transactions
- Demonstrated experience of building, maintaining and utilizing successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to influences across the organization.
- Be a self-directed, motivated team player who is passionate about providing a better BOQS experience.
