**Job Description**:
Based in our Wollongong office, the Team Assistant will provide high level support to the Executive General Manager and Port Kembla Management Team with a high degree of professionalism, sensitivity to important relationships and attentiveness to issues requiring the Executive General Manager attention.

The Team Assistant is required to keep the team on track by staying five steps ahead, anticipating how to prioritise precious time and facilitating important connections inside and outside the organisation.

Further duties include:

- Invoice and expense management.
- Prepare high quality professional documents, including presentations, agendas, and reports.
- Upholding the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Build strong networks and working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate office management activities such as emergency response and catering.
- Support the recruitment of additional team members as required.
- Co-ordinate office events.

**Qualifications**:
You have extensive experience working as Team Assistant in a demanding corporate environment where you have become adept at resolving operational and administrative issues.

You possess a strong ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

You can demonstrate impeccable organisational skills and zealous attention to detail.

You have outstanding and versatile verbal and written communication skills align with excellent interpersonal, relationship building and teamwork skills.

You have a sense of initiative with a “can-do” attitude and proactive willingness to suggest improvements or develop creative solutions to challenges and processes.

You have excellent interpersonal, relationship building and teamwork skills.

You can exercise considerate discretion, judgement, and confidentiality with sensitive information.

You can adapt to change in work assignments, deadlines, and team environment.
