An exciting opportunity to work for a mining company based in West Perth.

**Your new company**

We are partnering with a small mining company based in West Perth, who are looking for an Accounts Officer to join their team. You will report to the Financial Controller and be responsible mainly for end to end accounts payable processing.

**Your new role**
- Responsible for the end-to-end accounts payable function
- Reconciling supplier statement and following up on any discrepancies
- Monitoring and action the AP inbox
- Being a point of contact for all supplier queries
- Processing bank and credit card reconciliations
- Assist with any other adhoc duties as requested by the CFO and Financial Controller

**What you'll need to succeed**

In order to be successful, you will have end-to-end accounts payable experience. You will ideally have experience working in a small company in a stand-alone position. Experience with XERO is desirable, but not essential. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate with directors and external stakeholders. You will also have excellent attention to detail and organisation skills.
