To support government agencies to evolve and grow, DXC Consulting has a Scrum Master permanent opportunity. You will be organised, dynamic, outcome-oriented individual with excellent delivery focus.

**What will keep you busy**:

- Enabling teams to become high performing and facilitating agile events and required project-level meetings
- Reporting on the team’s progress, celebrating successes, and defining, understanding, resolving or escalating roadblocks, as well as development of DevOps culture and practices, and team capacity planning
- Creating productive working relationships in programs with a large and diverse stakeholder group
- Leading and facilitating workshops with and for clients
- Sharing your knowledge and expertise with your team and the people around you
- Adapting to a changing and fast-paced environment

**What you will bring to the role**:

- Demonstrable Scrum Master experience
- Working knowledge in Scrum and the Agile methodologies, with the ability to coach team members in Agile mindset and practices
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills
- Possess a range of skills in using a variety of planning tools, i.e. JIRA, Azure, etc. or the ability to acquire these
- Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance, Scrum.org, SAFe/SAI, PMI or similar highly regarded

**To be eligible for this position, you must be an Australian Citizen with a security clearance at a minimum of Baseline level. A NV1 security clearance is highly regarded.**
