**How will I help?**
We currently have opportunities for a Risk Analysts to join our Transaction Monitoring Team within Financial Crime Surveillance These roles can be based in either our Adelaide CBD or Parramatta offices.
As a Risk Analyst, you will be responsible for managing queries raised by our branch network and other internal stakeholders within the business. In your new role, you will assess and investigate AML/CTF/Sanctions events, gathering relevant information and provide recommendations to the relevant business unit. You will also be handle complaints and escalations where needed, using a customer centric approach.
This is a full-time role offering 38 hours per week. Our operational hours are between 7:30am - 6pm Monday to Friday. Hybrid work arrangements with 3 days in the office and two days WFH.

**What do I need?**
You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to adapt and contribute to change, help drive change and adapt to changing policies and procedures as required.
You will have the ability to investigate complex matters to make sound and timely decisions in a manner that meets the relevant legislation and policy compliance requirement. You will have strong relationship management skills to effectively build strong working relationships with your stakeholders
Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail is a must. Background in Banking and Financial Services, Anti Money Laundering / Counter Terrorism Finance legislation and processes would be advantageous but not essential.
