**About the Role**
As a Support Worker at Real Care Disability, you will play a vital role in **enhancing the quality of life** for our clients. You will provide **personalized care**, assist with daily activities, and support clients in achieving their goals.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver **high-quality personal care**, including hygiene, dressing, and mobility assistance.
- Assist with **daily living tasks**, such as meal preparation, household chores, and medication management.
- Provide **emotional and social support**, encouraging community participation and engagement.
- Support clients in **developing life skills** and pursuing hobbies, education, or employment opportunities.
- Monitor and report **changes in clients' health and well-being** to relevant professionals.
- Maintain a **safe and respectful environment** for clients.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and support networks to ensure holistic care.
**Skills & Qualifications**
- **Certifications**: Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or Community Services (preferred).
- **Experience**: Previous experience in disability, aged care, or mental health support is advantageous.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, empathy, problem-solving, and adaptability.
- **Requirements**: Valid First Aid & CPR certification, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening (if applicable).

Pay: $24.10 - $49.80 per hour
Expected hours: 10 per week
