**About the role**

Connecting 2 Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team in Upper Coomera, Queensland. This casual position will involve providing personalised care and support to our clients with disabilities, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

**What you'll be doing**
- Assisting clients with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
- Providing companionship and engaging clients in social and recreational activities
- Advocating for client needs and communicating with their support network
- Adhering to all safety and quality standards to ensure the wellbeing of our clients
- Documenting client progress and any changes in their condition

**What we're looking for**
- Experience in disability support, or a similar community services role
- A genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of others
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A current First Aid certificate, Disability Workers Screening and National Police Check

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week
