**About the Role**
UniSuper is going through an exciting time of exceptional growth and transformation, and we are growing as a fund. For this reason, we now have an opportunity for you to join our Operations team as a Member Management Consultant.

In this role you will ensure that all member and employer-initiated requests are completed with quality and in a timely manner to ensure records are updated and accurate. You will work across multiple operations teams and provide support when gaps arise, therefore you will gain the unique opportunity to be skilled in multiple areas. In addition, you will also be responsible for:

- Responding to telephone, written and electronic enquiries from members and employers, service providers and internal stakeholders
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, scanning and undertake administrative tasks as required
- Make outbound calls to members in order to complete requests
- Identify and make recommendations to improve and streamline processes

**About you**
A customer centric individual with strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills, you always aim to provide the highest level of customer service. You are able to comply with industry legislation and regulations as well as being:

- Experienced in the Superannuation or Financial Services industry
- Highly organised and able to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Proactive and eager to learn with the ability to learn new systems and processes
