In this role, you’ll have the chance to float within a team while playing a vital role in the development of all age groups all while working alongside a passionate and supportive team. We are creating an above the ratio environment to support our Educators to study, train and upskill in their role.

We currently have 1 role available for this position:

- 5 day position

Your skills and Attributes will include:

- Provide support and leadership while working as a member of a collaborative service team.
- Provide a high quality developmentally appropriate educational program based upon the practices and principles of both the National and Victorian Early Years Learning Frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with the National Law, the National Regulations and the National Quality Standard.
- Have knowledge and understanding of the 11 child safe standards

You must hold the following qualifications:

- Certificate 3 or working towards your certificate **(This role is not suited to a Graduate Diploma holder)**:

- Current Working with Children Check
- Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid certificates or willingness to obtain
- Mandatory reporting and child protection training

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $27.00 - $39.88 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
