At Boutique Bubs Early Education & Kindergarten we are dedicated to creating an inclusive learning environment for both our children and Educators, and we truly believe that a knowledge in childcare would greatly enhance our efforts.

In this role, you'll have the chance to float within a team while playing a vital role in the development of all age groups all while working alongside a passionate and supportive team. We are creating an above the ratio environment to support our Educators to study, train and upskill in their role.

We currently have 1 role available for this position:

  • 5 day position

Your skills and Attributes will include:

  • Provide support and leadership while working as a member of a collaborative service team.
  • Provide a high quality developmentally appropriate educational program based upon the practices and principles of both the National and Victorian Early Years Learning Frameworks.
  • Ensure compliance with the National Law, the National Regulations and the National Quality Standard.
  • Have knowledge and understanding of the 11 child safe standards

You must hold the following qualifications:

  • Certificate 3 or working towards your certificate (This role is not suited to a Graduate Diploma holder)
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid certificates or willingness to obtain
  • Mandatory reporting and child protection training
