**The Role**

To assist individuals in their daily lives by making sure they have the best possible chances to increase their ability to acquire self-sufficient living skills, as well as to form naturally occurring relationships and lives that are valued by society. Support workers will make it obvious to participants that their professional involvement is focused on helping the people they support find fulfilling roles by adopting a "walk alongside" strategy. They will also offer chances for autonomy, self-advocacy, and involvement in home-related tasks and facilitating access to community service and various facilities.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $31.75 - $52.25 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 20 per week
