Their finance team is integral in supporting and driving the success of front-line operations, enabling informed commercial decision making. They are seeking a Group Reporting Lead who can deliver complete and accurate results, together with insights and analysis to truly partner with management.

**The Role**
Reporting into the CFO, this role's key responsibilities will include:

- Preparation of annual statutory reporting and financial statements for the ASX listed group and unlisted subsidiaries
- Lead annual and interim external audits for the group and assist wider finance team with deliverables
- Ownership and management of general ledgers and balance sheet consolidations
- Preparation and presentation of monthly financial reporting to Executive Leadership Team with insights and analysis to support decision making
- Management, training and mentorship of Accountant
- Assist with cash flow management and forecasting
- Assist with management of group tax compliance together with external advisors (GST, BAS, FBT and Income Tax)
- Support the improvement of accounting operations, development of financial models and ongoing compliance with regulatory and accounting standards
- Other duties as required, including but not limited to covenant reporting

**What you will bring**
- CA/CPA qualification (or equivalent)
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and experience with statutory reporting
- Audit experience or listed entity reporting experience would be viewed favourably
- At least 3 years accounting experience in medium to large organisations
- Experience in dealing with different stakeholders, internal and external.
- Experience in conducting presentations, meetings and liaising with senior internal stakeholders
- A passion for continuous development and learning
- Experience with ERP systems and strong excel capability
- Experience in the Healthcare industry or service industries desirable but not essential
