Our Client is Australia’s leading supplier of industrial and safety products. Right now they are looking for an experienced **Customer Service Consultant **to join their friendly team.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Assisting Account Managers with quotes and enquiries
- Ensure customer requests are actioned in a timely manner
- Processing customer orders - managing customer interactions end to end
- **Identify as Aboriginal / Torres Strait Islander**:

- Exceptional customer service skills - Call Centre experience a bonus
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Microsoft office skills are essential

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual with the experience and aspiration to work in an industry-leading and dynamic environment.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
