Michael Hill is a market leading, premium jewellery brand, operating a network of stores across Australia, New Zealand and Canada. Working with Michael Hill Colonnades as a valued Assistant Store Manager you’ll be helping our customers mark life’s most memorable moments.

This role will complete the vibrant and motivated leadership team in our Colonnades store. In a full-time, permanent role, working a Sunday to Thursday roster, you will be given the opportunity to learn leadership in luxury retail, with the hope that you will be as eager as we are to progress you into a Store Manager role.

**About you**
- Be personable and approachable in a strong sales environment, and maintain a positive, productive outlook on team performance, management and development
- Create a premium experience and connect with customers to discover their own story; showcasing extensive product knowledge
- Proven ability to deliver results in a driven and/or highly measured environment with an understanding of KPIs and budgets having a willingness to coach and develop team members in this area
- Confidence to oversee store operations alongside and in the absence of the Store Manager
- A customer centric focus with the ability to maintain multiple client relationships in a highly dynamic environment
- Demonstrate a proactive approach in building clientele and brand awareness, capturing every opportunity to create new business for the store
- Complement our premium brand through impeccable personal, store and team presentation
