Do you have the following?
- People management responsibilities such as: Supervision of employees in store, including rostering & task allocation, training, monitoring of performance and involvement in performance reviews
- Stock and special ordering
- Adherence to opening and closing procedures
- Strong customer service skills and passion to provide an exceptional shopping experience.
- Daily cash reconciliation and banking
- Ensure all safety and quality assurance guidelines and followed and maintained
- Ability to want to learn and grow with a company - internal opportunities within business.
- Love of good quality food products
- Friendly, approachable, and positive team player
- Excellent presentation skills

To be successful in this role, you will need
- Extensive experience in a Food related Retail Management role
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Basic competency in Microsoft Office suite of programs
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Applicants must be available to work a variety of shifts over a 7-day period which will include afternoons and/or weekends.
