Are you a motivated leader ready to take the next step in your retail career? We're looking for a passionate and proactive Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations, drive team performance, and help deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do:

  • Support the Store Manager in running all aspects of store operations
  • Lead, coach and motivate team members to achieve targets and provide excellent service
  • Maintain high standards in visual merchandising and stock presentation
  • Assist in managing stock control, rostering, and daily reporting
  • Act as a role model for the team and step up as acting Store Manager when needed

About You:

  • At least 2 years' experience in retail
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Organised, reliable, and confident in a fast-paced environment
  • A passion for retail, problem-solving, and team development
  • Availability to work across weekends and trading hours
