Our opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Analyst to join our Sydney team. You will be responsible for assisting the Project Directors and Residential Development NSW teams with the daily management and data analysis of NSW residential projects as directed, with a focus on assisting to maximise project performance.

**Your responsibilities are but not limited to**:
Assist with less complex day to day management of designated projects.
Assist with representing the data and providing project support, where applicable.
Be available to support and participate in major development project activities in line with the residential Strategy.
Assist in the business operation in head office or on site as required.
Be aware of the policies of Mirvac’s corporate governance framework and compliance planning, and those of Mirvac’s Residential Division and the relevant trustees.
Assist with preparation and presentation of project performance reports budget and strategic plans.
Other duties as required

Your point of difference

Appropriate tertiary qualifications or working toward them
Strong written and verbal communication and report writing skills
Experience or established interest in a property or investment organisation desirable
Attention to detail, proficient excel skills and d developed analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, structure and organised and enjoys teamwork
