**Join our Rehabilitation, Aged and Palliative Care Team as an Casual Administration Assistant**

Rehabilitation, Aged and Palliative Care Services at the Southern Adelaide Local Health Network (SALHN) provides team based care for older people, people who are living with a disability, and people with a life-limiting illness.

**About the role**:
Reporting to the Rehabilitation, Aged and Palliative Care Administration Manager, this role is responsible for quality administrative services to the hospital, covering vacant ASO2 Administration Positions. Duties for the role will include:

- Make appointments as necessary, eg outpatients, transport,
- Acting in a professional manner at all times when dealing with internal and external clients,
- Treating all customers with respect and equality whilst being responsive to their needs,
- actively participating in the Performance Development process including Annual Performance Review, which assists to identify your professional and personal development requirements,
- Contributing to the development of an integrated team approach and culture which is highly responsive to the needs of our consumers.

**About you**:

- Ability to prioritise work to ensure an efficient flow of quality services to clients, staff and the public
- Possess a friendly, helpful disposition and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
- Fast, accurate and timely keyboard experience to ensure information is available to other users of the computer system,
- Experience working in a busy, multi-disciplinary setting (preferably health).
