**What you’ll need to succeed**:
You’ll need to possess the following skills/experience:

- Prior Experience in Head of Data or similar Senior IT management role.
- A high level and broad understanding of Data Management Principles.
- Strong leadership skills.
- The ability to be a strategic thinker.
