Key Duties and Accountabilities
- Contribute to the development of assessment frameworks and evaluation methodologies in the development of the Water Accounting Framework.
- Assist in the development, implementation and monitoring of project documentation, including project plans for the Water Accounting Framework.
- Undertake options analysis activity, and contribute to the preparation of program and project prioritisation frameworks.
- Under direction, prepare reports, submissions, briefing notes, presentations, publications and correspondence and documents supporting the development of the Water Accounting Framework, related planning, frameworks and project prioritisation.
- Liaise across the department, when required, in progressing project deliverables, and assist senior management in their consultation and negotiation with representatives from other State agencies, Australian Government agencies, Government owned corporations, local government water service providers and other stakeholders in the water sector and their representative bodies or groups.
- Assist in the identification of emerging issues and provide advice to management on program and project assessment and management issues in delivering the Water Accounting Framework.
- Work closely within the team, and as a key member of the team contribute to delivering projects.
- Analyse and provide advice on policy and implementation issues.
- Other duties as directed and required.
