**About the role**:
We are looking for a Scrum master/ Delivery Lead who will be involved in supporting Agile Delivery Squads in Foundational Platform Engineering (FPE) team across NAB. This is achieved by providing best practice support, including coaching and governance to these squads and particularly their Engineering Managers and Leads.

**Day to Day Responsibilities will include**:

- Coaching and leading squads in best practice agile ways of working, fostering an environment of high performance, continuous flow and relentless improvement
- Enabling your team to be self-organised, promoting a collaborative team environment that fosters creativity, innovation, continuous improvement, and the celebration of successes
- Facilitating agile forums (e.g. daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retros and showcases) and managing squad artefacts (e.g. PRR)
- Adapting agile behaviour at ceremonies and influencing members of the squad by regularly providing feedback and guidance
- Participating in the Progressive Elaboration and Scrum of Scrums ceremonies for relevant squads with associated Scrum Masters to elaborate Features and User Stories and to remove issues, blockers and risks
- Tracking and communicating squad metrics (e.g. sprint burndown, velocity, lead time and cycle time, commitment and reliability)
- Coordinating squad activities (from facilitating scrum ceremonies to continuous improvement initiatives) to enable the squad to focus on the delivery of customer and business value

**What you will bring**:

- Experience across agile ways of working and delivery with in-depth knowledge of agile techniques i.e. creating user stories, defining acceptance criteria and managing squad artefacts
- Ability to navigate a large complex organisation and build relationships with stakeholders using formal and informal networks
- Ability to measure performance and create an environment of continuous learning
- Experience in coaching squads with Agile practices
- Extensive experience in a previous scrum master role (hatted or unhatted)
- Experience with multiple teams simultaneously and/or with teams in a complex environment

Qualification Requirements
- Tertiary qualified, with preference to relevant post graduate certification
- Agile certification
