**The Company**
Our client is a fantastic boutique accounting practice, located in Armadale.
**The Opportunity**
They are looking for an Administrator with public practice experience to support the broader Accounting team.
This role would be ideal for someone who enjoys working with ASIC.
Your duties may include:
- ASIC administration
- Liaising with the ATO on behalf of clients and the accountants
- Billing
- Collation of financial statements and tax returns
- Coordinate the workflow and actively monitor compliance deadlines for clients ensuring lodgements and payments are made on time
- Schedule client appointments and respond to client enquiries
- Maintain and update software systems with client information
- Reception relief
**About You**
- Recent work experience within an Accounting practice
- Ability to perform ASIC administration tasks would be highly regarded
- Proficiency in MYOB, Xero, and the ASIC and ATO portal would be advantageous
- Techy savvy and able to adapt to new systems
- Good attention to detail
