**About the role**

The Loading Dock Attendant (3 Days per week), situated within the PHIVE Business Services delivery team, is responsible for maintaining efficient and secure operations of the PHIVE loading dock and basement carpark operations, including being the first point of contact for customers and suppliers at the loading dock, supporting PHIVE 7-day operations.

**On a daily basis you will**:

- Organise and execute operational tasks to maintain the smooth and safe flow of people and product including suppliers, goods and services throughout the PHIVE basement loading dock operating area
- Monitor the safe loading, moving, and storage of supplies and goods to maintain an orderly and efficient use of space within the basement operations area
- Develop and maintain relationships with delivery contractors, suppliers and tenants to facilitate their needs of the loading dock facility
- Coordinate traffic management and vehicle movements in line with agreed procedures, protocols and WHS requirements within the PHIVE defined section of the Parramatta Square super basement
- Support the Business Services team in relation to day-to-day building operations as required

**About You**

To be successful in this role you will have:
**Qualifications**
- Secondary education qualifications; or relevant demonstrable experience
- Unrestricted NSW Driver Licence
- NSW Government Construction White Card
- Senior First Aid Certificate (or ability to obtain within 3 months of employment)
- Be eligible to obtain NSW licence to operate a forklift

**Skills**
- Demonstrated customer service skills, with exceptional ability to deliver exceptional experiences
- Demonstrated planning, organisation and time management skills, including the ability to meet tight deadlines and balance competing priorities in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment that will require experience in manual handling safety practices
- Demonstrated attention to detail, ability to quickly process visual and verbal information to efficiently risk manage matters in high-risk situations
- Strong ability to communicate, negotiate, build relationships and influence others with an engaging approach and technique
- Well-developed written and verbal communications including basic business writing skills, and the ability to clearly and accurately complete tasks such as forms, incident reports and shift handover notes.

**Experience**
- Operational loading dock receiving experience in a customer-centric environment, with a proven track record of achieving objectives

We are offering an attractive remuneration package starting from $72,579 to $76,684 (Pro-Rata, includes Salary + Super).
