**Key responsibilities**:

- Delivering an outstanding customer service experience to customers and stakeholders alike
- Sales administration duties including processing sales orders, stock transfers, stock counts, and supplier returns
- Continually growing your product knowledge through on the job learning

**A bit about you**:

- You enjoy working in a customer service environment and dealing directly with customers
- Your excellent communication skills and friendly attitude help you build strong relationships and establish rapport easily with new people
- You’re hands-on and capable of performing in a warehouse-based showroom
- You enjoy solving unique problems on a regular basis

- You’re an Australian or New Zealand citizen or an Australian permanent resident
