We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team. Whether you're seeking full-time or part-time hours, this role offers flexibility, autonomy, and strong earning potential for the right person.

About the Role:

You'll be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our services to a broad customer base. This is a great opportunity for someone who is driven, organised, and enjoys working both independently and within a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and following up new project leads and opportunities
  • Identify and pursue new sales leads and business opportunities
  • Manage existing client relationships and accounts
  • Meeting with builders, developers, and project managers
  • Meet sales targets and performance KPIs
  • Keep records up to date using CRM tools
  • Work closely with the internal team to ensure successful project delivery

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in a sales or customer-facing role (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong self-management and time-keeping abilities
  • Confidence to work autonomously and close sales
  • A current driver's licence
