**The Role**

This role is a Generalist HR position with some strategy and a high content of operational support across Vic and NSW. Reporting in globally, your remit is to manage and provide key support across all HR functions whilst coaching and leading your team.

**Key duties will include the following**:

- Identify gaps and opportunities with the full employee life cycle and provide adequate, contemporary solutions such as induction, onboarding, exits and performance matters, organisational capability and engagement.
- Identify training opportunities, go through gap analysis and provide feedback to stakeholders.
- Work with leaders and their teams to coordinate their team’s performance management discussions, assist with plans where required.
- Advise and coach managers with all employment related matters in accordance with Legislation. Assist with investigations and grievance matters in accordance with company policy.
- Provide analytics and reporting to Leaders to support HR discussions globally.
- Administer and manage WC claims, support the well-being and OHS programs along with the WHS Manager.

**The Fit**

You are an experienced influencer, a people person with the necessary communication and engagement skills to bring others on the journey. You understand Logistics and industry and have the experience to speak to all HR matters both operational and strategic. Your HR experience includes IR/ER and assisting with EBA negotiations when needed. You have an understanding of safety in the workplace and have a passion for new initiatives for engagement and retention. Salary circa $140k pkg, on-site parking.
