One of Melbourne's boutique investment firms is actively seeking an exceptional individual in the field of hospitality to take on the role of overseeing the hotel and development division of the company.

In this position, you will play a pivotal role, contributing your expertise right from the inception of projects, through the construction phase, and into the operational stage of 4 and 5-star hotels. Your comprehensive background will encompass not only managing hotel groups, but also an in-depth understanding of crucial aspects such as due diligence, feasibility studies, and asset management.

This high-ranking appointment will entail reporting directly to the CEO of the company. Your extensive network within prominent hotel enterprises will serve as a distinct advantage, enabling you to navigate the industry landscape effectively.

As a consummate negotiator, you will lead with unwavering determination towards objectives and outcomes. Your meticulous oversight will ensure impeccable quality control across all projects, upholding the company's standards.

**Salary**: $180,000.00 - $280,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
