**Join Our Team at Stem Academic College**
**Position: English Tutors/Teachers - Clyde North & Cranbourne**

Stem Academic College is a leading provider of high-quality, face-to-face tutoring for students from Grade 1 through to Year 12. We are expanding our team and looking for enthusiastic and committed English tutors/teachers to join us at our Centres in Cranborne and Clyde North.

**About the Role**:
We’re looking for individuals who are passionate about helping students grow in confidence and skill in English. You’ll be teaching small group classes from Year 1 to Year 10, focusing on building strong foundations, critical thinking, and clear written expression.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Deliver engaging and structured English lessons in small group settings
- Mark and provide feedback on students’ work
- Support students in developing study habits and improving academic results
- Communicate clearly with both students and parents

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Completed **VCE (Year 12) in Australia** with strong results in English
- **ATAR score of 85+**:

- Currently studying or completed a **Bachelor or Master of Education** (preferred)
- **Teaching experience in a classroom or tutoring environment** (preferred)
- Strong command of the English language and excellent communication skills
- **Punctual, reliable, and well-organized**:

- Hold a valid **Working With Children Check (WWCC)** or **VIT registration**:

- Able to work after school hours and on Saturdays

Expected hours: 06 - 12 per week

- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift

- Performance bonus
