About the Role

We're looking for a Diploma Qualified OSHC Educator who is passionate about supporting children's learning, wellbeing, and play. In this role, you'll join our collaborative team dedicated to delivering safe, stimulating programs that reflect children's interests and development

Candidates must hold any recognised Diploma qualification relevant to this OSHC Educator position.

A minimum of 1 year of OSHC or childcare experience is required for this role.

This position offers flexibility with both before and after school sessions available for coverage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver high-quality OSHC programs before school, after school, and during vacation periods
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate age-appropriate activities that foster curiosity, creativity, and growth
  • Build positive, trusting relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the school
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements (National Quality Framework, health & safety, daily routines)
  • Mentor or support less experienced staff (Certificate III level) as part of your leadership role
  • Participate in service meetings, training, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Understand challenging behaviours and implementation of procedures to navigate challenging behaviours with the group
