POSITION AVAILABLE

ENGLISH

For Primary school students ( Grade 1 to Grade 6 )

High School Students (Year 7 to Year 10)
- We provide all the worksheets and answer sheets to the tutors so that they can focus on tutoring and helping students.
- We provide ongoing training for all of our tutors
- extra hours to mark students' homework

RESPONSIBILITIES
- You must be engaging and passionate about helping students in building up solid knowledge, develop excellent habits of mind, improve learning skills, and achieve the best possible potential.
- Tutoring in small group sessions
- Correcting Work
- Teaching concepts and providing feedback to students and parents
- A strong command of the English language is essential.
- Be able to work without supervision, must be punctual, and have an excellent personal presentation.

Selection criteria
- University students who have achieved an ATAR score of over 85 and currently achieving excellent academic results
- Reliable and able to work on weekends and after school hours
- Be open-minded and happy to work with students coming from multicultural backgrounds
- The ability to put a smile on a child's face and make the learning process fun
- Hold a current certification VIT registration or Working with Children Check

Remuneration is based on each applicant's level of expertise, qualifications, and experience.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $24.94 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cranbourne, VIC 3977: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
