We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager or Marketing Executive who can lead the charge in building brand presence, generating leads, and supporting our sales team—especially in servicing the Australian market with world-class offshore solutions.

**Job description**:
Are you a strategic marketer with a passion for tech, AI, and growing brands globally? Join us at **Net Fusion Technology**, a digital solutions company, working alongside cutting-edge sister brands **Njin** (AI solutions) and **TeamRocket AI** (AI-powered professional services).

**What you will do - Essential Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to build brand awareness and support the sales pipeline across Net Fusion Technology, Njin, and TeamRocket AI.
- Tailor positioning and messaging for our offshore services to resonate with the Australian market.
- Partner closely with the sales team to create compelling sales collateral, client case studies, and pitch materials that help close deals.
- Translate technical solutions and services into customer-friendly narratives that showcase business impact.
- Build sector-specific value propositions and lead brand storytelling and content strategies aligned with company goals.
- Champion consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across all customer touchpoints.
- Establish marketing tools, workflows, and reporting frameworks to streamline campaign delivery and measure ROI.
- Work with leadership across the group to prioritise initiatives with the greatest business impact.

**Required qualifications**:

- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally with at least 2 years in a leadership or independent contributor role within a tech, digital agency, B2B, or professional services environment.
- Proven experience driving demand generation and brand positioning—especially within the **Australian market** or similar regions.
- Strong skills in campaign development, digital marketing, content creation, and stakeholder management.
- You’re commercially savvy, strategic, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get things done.
- A natural collaborator who can work cross-functionally with sales, delivery, and product teams.
- Bonus: experience marketing **offshore outsourcing services** or emerging tech (AI, automation, digital transformation).
