- Support the business management and functioning of the Division and lead coordination activities and reporting for the Division, as well as providing ad hoc support for leadership team.
- Provide executive support for the Executive Director.

The Magistrates' Court of Victoria (MCV) is a jurisdiction within the Court Services Victoria statutory authority and has a long history of providing justice for the people of Victoria in metropolitan and regional courts across the state. The Court determines in excess of 300,000 cases per annum at 51 venues, equating to approximately 90 percent of all cases that come before Victorian courts each year. The Court aims to be an innovative, accessible, and responsive court that provides quality services to the Victorian community.
**About the Role**
The Divisional Coordinator supports the Executive Director, Family Violence Branch (FVB) across a range of activities and projects with a focus on executive support, coordination for the division and contributing to the preparation of high-quality written material and advice to support decision making by senior executives, judicial leadership, the FVD leadership team and governance committees. The Divisional Coordinator works collaboratively with key staff across the organisation to deliver this role.
**About You**
- We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, well organised, great at building relationships, good communicator and always looking at ways to improve things to come and work across the Division.
- You will have experience at providing executive support and the ability to exercise judgement in dealing with complex, confidential, and sensitive matters with a high level of tact and discretion.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the practices, procedures and protocols relevant to family violence and the jurisdiction of the Magistrates' Court of Victoria will be well regarded.
