**About the role and where you will be working**:
The role focus is the delivery of safe, client centred and efficient services that produce the best quality service outcomes for our clients overall health & wellbeing. This will be achieved through collaboration with Home Care Operations division to support, develop and grow Home Care Services

**We’ll also be asking you to**:

- Grow Home Care services as measured in number of Home Care clients and service hours delivered.
- To provide leadership and direction to ensure all clients high-quality care that meet or exceed the requirements of the Aged Care Standards.
- Support Senior Management with the planning, management, and delivery of strategic outcomes for SCC (WA)'s Strategic Plan and work collaboratively with employees to achieve those outcomes.
- Foster and actively contribute to a culture of continual improvement and make a lasting positive impact on the organisation, its people and the community we serve.

**About you**:
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 5 years experience in a similar role. You will also need a strong commitment to person centred care and able to work both independently and within a team. Most importantly, you'll have a genuine desire to make a positive difference in our residents' lives.
