**About the role and where you will be working**:
Join our team as a Hospitality Coordinator and help create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our residents. You'll support cleaning, laundry, and dining services while ensuring the highest standards of care and customer service.
Working across our facilities in the Perth metro area, you will be working closely with a team of hospitality staff in ensuring that infection control, compliance and infection prevention is maintained.
This role is a part time position working 45.6 hours a fortnight.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring that teams follow policies, procedures, and manufacturer guidelines, while implementing evidence-based infection control practices to create a safe and hygienic environment. If you’re ready to make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you
**About you**:
We’re looking for a dedicated professional to take the lead as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), developing and maintaining best practices to ensure excellence in aged care environments.
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with service managers and staff, providing support, guidance, and responding to customer feedback to enhance service quality.
**To be considered for this role, you’ll need**:
- Proficiency in cleaning and laundry techniques, including the use of appropriate products and equipment to maintain a hygienic environment.
- Strong customer service skills with experience in delivering exceptional dining experiences.
- Proven leadership experience in a supervisory role, with the ability to coach staff and drive continuous improvement.
