We are currently seeking a meticulous and proactive **Personal Assistant** to support our dynamic Executive Team.

**The Role**
As a Personal Assistant at ASAP Roadworthys, you will play a crucial role in the efficiency of our leadership team by managing daily administrative tasks, scheduling, handling correspondence, facilitating effective project coordination, and performing local errands. Additionally, you will occasionally assist with marketing tasks such as SEO, managing Google My Business profiles, and overseeing Google Ads.

**Essential Qualifications & Qualities**:

- Proven experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to think proactively and prioritise work effectively
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information discreetly
- Proficiency in Google Suite of tools, with a willingness to learn new software and systems
- Flexibility and adaptability to manage a range of different tasks and work extra hours to meet deadlines

**Application Instructions**

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 - 45 per week

**Benefits**:
