**About the role**
The Gidget House Program Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the implementation and expansion
of Gidget Foundation Australia’s (GFA) individual therapy offering (Gidget House) nationwide. Individual therapy
is either delivered face to face via a network of physical Gidget House locations across the country, or via
telehealth. This role will report to the Gidget Foundation Australia (GFA) Programs Manager.
**Primary Responsibilities**
- Identify, scope and follow-up opportunities for the establishment of new Gidget Houses nationwide.
- Manage strategic relationships with partner organisations and key individuals at, or associated with, each
Gidget House location._ _
- Collaborate with the GFA Marketing Director and Marketing Coordinator to drive a waitlist management
strategy, including responding to the need to increase referrals at any Gidget House location and maximise
the potential of each site._ _
- Work with the existing Gidget House design and colour palette guidelines to furnish and fit out new locations
with the support of the GFA Programs Coordinator.
- Partner with Clinician Recruitment and Engagement Manager to identify recruitment needs and capacity
opportunity for new Gidget House locations as well as clinicians providing the telehealth only model.
- Develop activity workplans, budgets and reports to deliver against all PHN funding initiatives specifically for
GFA’s individual therapy offering including ongoing monitoring, evaluation, and budget management.
- Respond to all enquiries in relation to the delivery of GFA’s individual therapy offering (non-client related).
**Essential Criteria**
- Proven expertise in managing all aspects of a health program including report writing for a variety of funders.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and working across a range of internal teams and
external organisations.
- Clear understanding of the mental health landscape, with particular knowledge of local, state and federal
government health systems.
- Experience in developing and managing budgets and monitoring and reporting on program KPI’s.
- Highly efficient and organised, able to work effectively with mínimal supervision, ability to work both
independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem solving, analytical and report writing skills.
- Ability to quickly and effectively reprioritise in order to respond to unexpected opportunities and deadlines.
- Previous experience in the not-for-profit sector.
