Mortgage House is an active participant in the Securitisation (RMBS) market.

**Your role as Securitisation Manager**
You will be responsible for managing securitisation trusts and accounting requirements for the business. You will work closely with the Finance and Trust Management team to ensure monthly trust management and accounting deliverables are completed.
You will be an essential member of the Mortgage House Accounts Team by taking on the below responsibilities:

- Management of internal and external stakeholders during issuance of RMBS including investors, rating agencies, legal counsel and warehouse providers
- Provide accurate and timely Residential Mortgage-Backed Security (RMBS) reporting and ensuring payments to investors and other third parties are made in a timely manner.
- Identification and development of cost effective funding opportunities
- Provide accurate, transparent and timely data analysis and reporting of a $5 billion portfolio to enable well informed management decisions.
- Liaise with shared services such as IT to ensure data integrity and availability to meet reporting requirements.
- Manage Loan Management System to ensure accurate reporting including performing reconciliations when required.
- Facilitate the groups securitisation and corporate finance transactions including but not limited to:

- Producing pool cuts and stratification tables
- Investor presentations
- Reviewing legal documentation
- Arranging settlement cashflows
- Maintaining hedging for Interest Rate Risk, Foreign Exchange Risk and Residual Value Risk

Trust management including:

- Establishing process and controls for monthly securitisation Trust reporting, including investor reports
- Reporting on RMBS and arrears/collections performances across all warehouses and term deals
- Answering warehouse and investor queries
- Assist with preparation and submission of data to RBA/APRA/ABS and other external stakeholders as required.
- Monitor daily cash flow including Trust Accounts, warehouse drawdowns, ensuring balances are maintained accordingly.
- Support the Finance/ Treasury team with other tasks as required.

To be successful in the role you will require:

- Previous experience in a similar position with exposure to securitisation or funding is highly desireable
- Advanced excel and analytics skills
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and relationship management skills to help achieve business goals
- Degree qualified from a recognised Australian tertiary institution or international equivalent. Preferably CA, CPA, CFA or similar accreditation
