**The Role**:
This is a great opportunity for an engineer who likes to build custom code, while also being able to help our customers modernise and transform how they do business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **IoT Solution Development**:Design, develop, and deploy IoT solutions using Microsoft Azure IoT services, including Azure IoT Hub, Azure IoT Edge, Azure Functions, custom built containerised modules and other relevant services.
- **Device Management**:Implement device provisioning, management, and monitoring solutions to ensure efficient and secure management of IoT devices.
- **Data Processing and Analytics**: Set up and maintain data pipelines to collect, process, and analyse data from IoT devices using Azure services
- **Security**: Implement security measures and best practices for IoT solutions, ensuring data privacy, device authentication, and protection against cyber threats.

**What skills and experience you bring**:

- Proven experience as an IoT Developer with hands-on experience in designing and implementing solutions using Azure IoT services.
- Strong proficiency in.NET development, including C# and ASP.NET.
- Familiarity with cloud computing and Azure services such as Azure Functions, Azure Cosmos DB, SQL DB, Azure Storage and Azure Arc.
- Knowledge of IoT protocols and communication standards, such as MQTT, AMQP, and HTTP.
- Familiarity with security concepts related to IoT and cloud computing.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation using tools like Azure DevOps or GitHub.
