**Maddington Toyota** are seeking an organised **Vehicle Administrator** to join our busy Administration Team.
***
As a Vehicle Administrator your main focus is to is to maintain and process all administration for new and pre-owned vehicles for the dealership. The role will involve processing paperwork, data entry and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction with stakeholders.

**Role**
- Vehicle Licensing
- Checking paperwork and processing the purchase of pre-owned vehicles
- Invoice the sales of new and pre-owned
- Raising purchase orders and invoices for aftercare products
- Month end reporting and reconciling
- Various Ad Hoc Administrative Duties

**You**
- Ability to multi-task and work to strict deadlines with a strong work ethic
- Excellent communications skills orally & written
- Be punctual, reliable adaptable & flexible
- Autonomous & diligent with ability to take full ownership & accountability for your workload.
- Excellent keyboard skills with strong attention to detail & accuracy
- Current and Valid Driver’s License
- ** Vehicle Administration Experience with a knowledge of the Automotive Industry is preferred but not essential**
