At** Maddington Hyundai**, we are currently seeking a **Pre-Delivery Coordinator** who will deliver a personalised service to our customers and service team. Your role will involve booking in cars, liaising with workshop staff and sublet suppliers, creating repair orders and costing and quoting jobs.

**YOU**:

- Your polished communication & presentation skills coupled a warm personable demeanour and passion for consistently delivering a positive and memorable customer experience will see you excel in this integral position.
- You don't shy away from hard work; are a highly organised multi-tasker with excellent administration & attention to detail skills who thrives when working in a pressurised fast paced environment.
- Your natural ability to build strong working relationships with customers & internal staff, speaks volumes.
- Time management is important to you being a Self-motivated, driven, goal-oriented go getter who's always positive, enthusiastic and result focused.
- You also posses strong computer skills especially within Microsoft Excel and are confident learning new programs.
- ** Dealership experience and a manual drivers license are essential, however your experience does not need to be in a Pre-delivery role.**
