**Requirements of the position**
- 2+ years experience in supporting or co-leading capital programs within the IT/Telecommunications or Financial Services sectors
- Demonstrated success in directly supporting large, complex programs (integration of 5+ systems, initiative budgets in excess of $5m+)
- Demonstrated effective communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively and respond appropriately to unexpected circumstances
- Address ambiguity in an appropriate and decisive manner
- Proven track record in interacting with team members and constructive escalation use
- Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Works autonomously and proactively

**Position Summary**
- The prime responsibility of this position is to support program planning, scheduling, tracking and progress reporting required to successfully realise strategic and technology convergence, financial benefits and customer experience outcomes in the delivery of strategic initiatives. The activities performed by this role contribute directly to programs delivering on time, on budget and delivering an optimum customer experience, often within a complex and changing internal/external business environment. The role is responsible for supporting larger programs of work but may from time to time also step in to support smaller, individual pieces of work.
- The key to success for the Delivery team is the provision of a full-service, end-to-end business outcome focused program delivery, spanning the technical, commercial, change management and operational handover aspects of programs. Significant and complex program level delivery experience requiring significant stakeholder expectation management, along with technical telecommunication exposure, coupled with a high level of business acumen is expected in order to succeed in this role.
