**What this opportunity involves**:
As the Assistant Facilities Manager, you’ll lead a team and vendor groups to manage the tactical facilities service delivery for assigned property portfolio - working with our global, tech giant client
Oversee site budgets and finance, maintenance and operations, contracts and procurement as well as helpdesk services.

**An Overview of the role**:
People management
Client/stakeholder engagement
Procurement and vendor management
Contracts management
Finances and budgeting
Health and safety management
Overseeing site operations and continuous improvement initiatives
Implementation of risk management program
Achieve key performance indicators and service level agreement targets

**Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for**:
2-3 years experience in facilities or property industry
Demonstrated knowledge of EHS and OHS requirements
Understanding of critical facilities and maintenance procedures
Experienced in vendor management for specialised services
Knowledge of basic technical aspects of building infrastructure
Strong budget management and financial analysis
Client focus and stakeholder engagement skills
Problem solving and strategic thinking
