As a Principal Data Systems Analyst, you'll lead the design and optimisation of data systems that support enterprise-wide decision-making. You'll collaborate across teams to ensure data flows, integrations, and analytics are fit-for-purpose and aligned with strategic goals.

What You'll Do

  • Lead complex business analysis to identify opportunities and deliver innovative data solutions that support strategic objectives.
  • Manage detailed requirements and testing processes to ensure data systems meet performance and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to align IT solutions with business needs and architectural principles.
  • Contribute to, and champion best practice for Data Systems Analysis
  • Drive process optimisation and change management initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure data security, quality, and compliance across platforms and projects.

What You'll Bring

  • 10+ years' experience in data analysis or systems roles, ideally within insurance or financial services.
  • Expertise in data modelling, business intelligence tools, and advanced analytics.
  • Strong Data fluency familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor analysts.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies and managing complex system integrations.
  • Effective communication skills to translate technical insights into business value.
