This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced **FIFO Administration Manager** to support our site operations working at a large mine site facility in Karratha. Working FIFO from Perth on a 8:6 roster, 11 hours per day this is your chance to join an organisation at the forefront of innovative integrated solutions in the mining hospitality space.

**About the job**

Reporting to the Village Manager you will play a vital role in the successful running of village operations. As the Administration Manager you will be a skilled communicator with proven people management, conflict resolution and extensive senior administrative capabilities. You will have the ability to build and support the team and work closely with them to meet Sodexo’s and our client’s benchmarks. This will include, accommodation and flight bookings and reporting, supporting with HSE reporting and audits and other admin functions as requested by the Village Manager.

This role will have a strong HR component as you will assist and liaise with our Perth team with management of staff performance matters, rostering, soft landings / site inductions for new starters and liaising with our corporate departments on areas of workforce planning - recruiting, mobilisation and casual staffing requirements.

You will be a part of our senior team at site therefore you will be accountable for the admin function at site, you will have the ability to work innovatively identifying areas for improvement and implement systems, policies and procedure as discussed with the Village Manager.

**About you**

Working FIFO in a remote location can bring its challenges therefore when something doesn’t go to plan or challenges arise you will need to be someone who can adapt quickly to change, be an innovative thinker with a strong head for business, customer service and operational focus.

Ideally you will come with mine site experience in a similar role as it is paramount you have an understanding of a mine site facility.
