**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Have the opportunity to lead your own OSHC service and support local families by providing quality before and after school care and Holiday Programs for their child.
- Create engaging programs with industry leading programming tools
- Be the face of TheirCare and create positive relationships within the school community.
- Mentor your team of educators to develop their skills and grow within the industry.
- Rostering for your service with support from your Area Manager.
- Manage compliance documents and other administrative tasks.
- Hours**:6.30 - 9.00am & 2.30pm - 6.00pm + weekly administration hours**:

- **Monday to Friday
- no weekend work**

***ABOUT YOU**:

- You are an engaging individual who is passionate about making a difference in children's lives.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong, positive relationships.
- Previous experience in the childcare/OSHC industry is preferred but not essential.
- Diploma in Early Education.
- Employee **Working with Children’s Check** valid in the relevant state.
- Willing to obtain valid **CHCPRT025 Identify and respond to children and young People at risk**.
- Willing to obtain National Criminal History Check and HLTAID012 First aid.
