Advice Operations Coordinator

**The Role**

- **Hybrid role based in Paramatta NSW**

As an integral member of our team that supports our Financial Advisers, you will enjoy a varied role designing and delivering internal and client reporting, attending client meetings to support the delivery of projects and client requirements and providing the analysis to solve problems.

This is a semi-autonomous role where you can take ownership of your key responsibilities including workflow design and delivery, invoicing processes and controlling service level agreements.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Manage client and member invoicing and support reporting requirements
- Deliver client reporting in a timely and accurate fashion
- Contribute and support the implementation of fee for service plans
- Validate financials and create financial forecasts
- Assist with new client contracts, tenders, and contract renewals
- Project support for client onboarding and internal change projects
- Assist with presentations to stakeholders on project solutions
- Serve as an escalation point for clients to ensure high quality deliverables, solutions and client management on projects
- Actively participate in the issue/risk management process
- Ensure strategies are developed and implemented to ensure client relationships are profitable

**Experience & Personal Attributes**
- Able to demonstrate an analytical mindset. Ideally some proven experience as an Analyst though not essential
- Structured working and planning skills
- Problem solving
- Stakeholder management
- Project management experience or a willingness to learn
- Excellent Excel skills
- Power BI experience a bonus, but not required
- CPM workflow management skills
