Sol Cleanse is extending her arms to welcome the newest member of our beautiful team to join us in our Sydney Kitchen in Marrickville. We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Supervisor - someone with experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment - who feels the calling to work with a company they feel completely aligned with. Ideally we are looking for someone with a passion for health and wellness who is ready to step up in their career to work in an essential role in a growing company. This role is highly physical so we are looking for someone who is excited by the thought of being active at work and loves rolling their sleeves up and getting stuck in

This is a key role in the Sol Cleanse kitchen: the supporter of our Kitchen Manager and the eyes & ears working in the kitchen. This person must be comfortable being the leader of a team and will be responsible for delegating tasks to casual / part time staff to ensure smooth running of the kitchen. This person will be heavily involved in day to day production so must be enthusiastic about taking on a hands-on physical role.

What this role involves:

- Kitchen Production - juicing, bottling, packing, cleaning
- Proficient use of google drive, google sheets, excel, word
- Assisting the Kitchen Manager ongoing and during times of their leave with:

- Generating delivery schedules for in-house delivery drivers
- Training staff and collating weekly rosters
- Managing Staff performance and productivity
- Running team meetings and trainings
- Managing and ordering stock and produce - maintaining and building relationships with local farmers
- Following cleaning, maintenance and training schedules
- Ensuring production times are kept within appropriate limits
- Contributing to and following policies and procedures including operations, food safety, OH&S
- Ensure staff are following policies and procedures
- Contribute to continuous improvement and development of Sol Cleanse

What you will bring:
You will have an upbeat and energetic approach to life, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team. This role can be quite physical at times and includes occasional heavy lifting, therefore the willingness to participate in active duties is a must. You must have your own transport and a passion for organisation, reliability and punctuality.

Roster:
25-30 hours per week - depending on availability. Shifts will be between the hours of 6am - 3pm (exact start and finish times will vary) so full availability during these times is required.

We are excited to be opening our arms to multiple new team members in the role of a Casual Kitchen Hand in our Commercial Kitchen based in Currumbin, Gold Coast.

What this role involves:

- Kitchen Production, including operating a commercial cold-pressed juicer (training provided)
- Manually pouring juice into bottles
- Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen (food safety training provided)
- Assisting other staff members where needed
- Vegetable prep and salad prep
- Clean down of kitchen
- Packing orders into boxes
- Preparing cleanse packs and packaging materials and other tasks as required

What you will bring:
You will have an upbeat and energetic approach to life, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team. This role can be quite physical at times and includes occasional heavy lifting, therefore the willingness to participate in active duties is a must. Shifts will be between the hours of 6am - 3pm (exact start and finish times will vary) so full availability during these times is required. No experience is required, however, experience in a hospitality environment is favoured.
