Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for effective communication and a strong commitment to community service? Anglicare is seeking a Head of Media and Communications to guide our talented team and enhance our mission of serving those in need. Based in Norwest (relocating to Macquarie Park in 2025).

Key Responsibilities:

- Leadership & Development: Inspire and develop the Creative Services team while collaborating across Anglicare to resolve complex operational challenges.
- Service Delivery & Innovation: Oversee the creation and execution of media strategies, internal communications, and social media content to effectively convey our message.
- Financial Management: Work closely with finance teams to ensure sustainability and optimise costs while delivering exceptional service.

About You:

- _ Experience:_ 10+ years in organizational communications with a proven track record in leadership and team management.
- _ Skills:_ Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and media relations skills; ability to drive change and foster a high-performing culture.
- _ Education:_ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
